  • Represented a Telecom major before the TDSAT, Delhi High Courrt and Supreme Court of India with regard various issues involving allotment of spectrum, contribution towards rural telephony and vendor disputes.
  • Represented a distribution licensee before the APTEL, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India with regard to various regulatory/commercial issues and on cases relating to theft of electricity, misuse of electricity, labour matters etc.
  • Represented a DTH operator in a dispute with a broadcaster in an issue involving rights of the DTH operator to package the channel and content as per its own commercial understanding.
